Purchase Policy for Ticket Sale

Welcome to Island Soul Unity Fest! Please read the following purchase policy  carefully before purchasing tickets. By purchasing tickets to our festival, you agree to  the terms and conditions outlined below. 

1. General Information

2. Ticket Purchase 

Sales Channels: Tickets can be purchased online through our official website  www.islandsoulunityfest.com or at authorized ticket outlets. 

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of  electronic payment as indicated on our website. 

Order Confirmation: Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email  confirmation with your ticket(s) and receipt. Please check your spam/junk folder if you  do not see the confirmation email in your inbox. 

3. Ticket Pricing and Fees 

Ticket Prices: Ticket prices vary based on the type and category of the ticket. All prices  are listed in USD. 

Service Fees: Additional service fees and charges may apply to each ticket purchase.  These fees are non-refundable. 

4. Delivery of Tickets 

Electronic Tickets: Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided  at the time of purchase. You may print your ticket or present the electronic version on  your mobile device at the festival entrance. 

Mail Delivery: If you choose mail delivery (if available), tickets will be sent to the address  provided at the time of purchase. Please allow adequate time for delivery. 

5. Refunds and Exchanges 

All Sales Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a  ticket has been purchased.

Transferability: Tickets are transferable, and you may give your ticket to another  individual if you are unable to attend. Please note that counterfeit tickets will not be  accepted. 

6. Event Conditions 

Rain or Shine: The festival will take place rain or shine. Please come prepared for  varying weather conditions. 

Cancellation Policy: If the festival is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control  (other than an act of God), we will not issue refunds or credits. 

7. Entry and Attendance 

Ticket Validation: Each ticket admits one person. Tickets will be scanned at the  entrance, and duplicate tickets will not be accepted. 

ID Verification: You may be required to show a valid photo ID that matches the name on  the ticket at the entrance. 

Prohibited Items: For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, certain items may be  prohibited from the festival grounds. Please review our list of prohibited items on the  festival website. 

8. Accessibility
